It is rare to find someone that remains as committed, reliable and dedicated as you were throughout the year it took us to complete the project.  You gave my partners and I plenty of ideas yet managed to keep the three of us focused and on target with deadlines and choices.  We also appreciate the fact that you managed to work within the fees you initially quoted and saved us considerable time and expenses on all phases of the project.
