Over the past 30 years…

Design Alternatives, Inc. has designed over 4 million square feet of interior projects.  We specialize in providing complete design services, leading clients from conception through completion for new construction as well as renovating existing facilities.  From consultation to installation, purchasing and project management, we are your full service Commercial Interior Design Firm. Our talented staff has renovated and redesigned several facilities, assisted living and adult community clubhouses as well as CCRC’s. Also, most notably, Design Alternatives Inc. is credited for the complete design and project management of several national hotel chains including Intercontinental Companies such as the Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express and Cendant properties including Ramada Inn and Quality Inn as well as the SpringPoint Senior Living facilities.  In 2017, Design Alternatives was also awarded NJBIZ – 50 Fastest Growing Businesses in NJ.

Our installation team has been instrumental in the success of Design Alternatives. With over 60 years combined installation experience, our team always gets the project done beautifully, on time and always respecting the facility, residents and staff.

Mike has been with Design Alternatives since 2008 and now heads up all construction and installation projects. He oversees our contracts with subcontractors and is our representative in the field with all our clients. His attention to detail ensures a beautiful result.

Master Carpenter

George joined Design Alternatives in September 2017. He is a Master Carpenter and Woodworker and has been an expert in the building and renovation industry for over 25 years. George is an essential part of our team and leads up Millwork Production and Installation. His excellent workmanship is evident in every project we complete.

Bill DeLucia

Installer

Bill is a self-taught, Jack of all Trades, overseeing everything from flooring installation to moldings & wall panels on our projects since 2013. He is also our go to guy for any IT issues that arise in the office. In his spare time, Bill heads a production company that makes movies, videos and commercials.

Jeff has been in the furniture showroom and delivery industry for over 10 years. He joined our team in June 2017 and contributes to all phases of building process. He has proven to be an outstanding addition to our installation team. In his free time, Jeff is an aquarium buff.
